About José
Based in Singapore, DJ José has displayed his versatility amongst various music genres on both microphone and decks at various clubs and venues in Singapore such as ChinaOne, New Asia, The Monarchy and Marina Bay Sands Expo, so as to name a few.
In 2013, he gained club residency experience at Club Avatar (Marina Mandarin Hotel), as well as a pub residency at 3 Crowns Booze & Grub (Boat Quay). He also performed as a Hype Emcee in the renowned Club Axxcis, located in Shinjuku (Tokyo, Japan).
2014 ushered in other club residencies such as Azzura Beach Club (Siloso Beach Sentosa), BQ Bar (Boat Quay) and Bull and Bear (China Square Central). José is currently the official ambassador for Nuke Optics and he also holds the prestigious Guinness World Record award for representing his country Singapore in the longest club DJ session relay back in August 9th 2014.
His versatility in mainstream genres such as Top 40s, R&B/ Hip Hop & EDM based genres has allowed him to even broadcast his creativity through performing reformed mashups during Live performances, captivating both clubs and outdoor audiences.
